1] How can I change my booking?
A: To change you booking on moible app simply log back in app click on my ride from top left menu bar cancel and rebook it or please email us 24hours prior to your trip at email@example.com or simply contact us at +44 (0) 208 622 3009.
2] How will we meet the chauffeur at airport/seaport?
A: After your clear customs look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name-board. We will also send you an Email & SMS just atleat 1hour before your pick up time and again send you a reminder when your chauffeur arrives at Pick-up location if you have provided a mobile contact number. If for some reason you can't find us, please call +44(0) 208 622 3009 or the chauffeur mobile number will be on your email & sms notification. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.
3] If my flight arrives early, will my chauffeur be there?
A: We monitor flight as per information provided to us during your booking and we do our best to arrive early and meet you at airport on time.
4] Will the chauffeur help me with my luggage?
A: All our chauffeurs are well trained and they assist all clients with their luggage.
5] Do you provide baby/child seats?
A: We provide baby and child seat, please request at the time of booking. There is no charge for it. You have to fit baby or child seat in the car yourselves according to the law.
6] Can you pick & drop me from my hotel to restaurant in London?
A: Yes of course we can pick up & drop you from any hotel in London to your favourite restaurant, please inform account handler or mention your request during your reservation so we can give you accurate quotation.
7] Can you confirm of safe arrival of my children to their university/college?
A: For your peace of mind we will confirm your children safe arrival with a phone call or text message.
